Any and all CAD IT Group’s technology (including, but not limited to software, libraries, programs and web applications together with the related documentation and any update and/or upgrade) made available to you (hereinafter the “Technology”) is licensed under the terms and conditions of the relevant license agreement (hereinafter the “ License”).

The Technology is and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of CAD IT Group.

You may not use the Technology except in compliance with the License.

Unless required by applicable law or agreed to in writing, the Technology licensed under the License is distributed on an "AS IS" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In no event, unless required by applicable law or agreed to in writing, will CAD IT Group be liable to you or third parties for damages, including any direct or indirect damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the Technology.
